By booking services or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

409 Posh Parties provides event rentals, including but not limited to marquee letters, balloon installations, backdrops, and specialty décor for events in Southeast Texas.

All services include delivery, setup, and breakdown unless otherwise stated.

Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date. Dates are not reserved without payment.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event.

Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All retainers are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 14+ days prior may transfer payments (excluding the retainer) to a future date within 6 months, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable and non-transferable.

One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days in advance, based on availability. Additional reschedules may require a new retainer.

Rental Use & Responsibility

All rental items remain the property of 409 Posh Parties.

Clients are responsible for all items from the time of delivery until pickup. Clients agree to:

  • Not move, alter, or tamper with any rentals

  • Protect items from damage, theft, weather, and misuse

  • Ensure a safe environment for all installations

Any damaged, missing, or excessively soiled items will result in additional charges.

Setup & Access

Clients must ensure that the setup location is accessible and ready at the agreed-upon time.

Delays caused by lack of access, inaccurate information, or venue restrictions may impact setup and are not the responsibility of 409 Posh Parties.

Weather Policy

For outdoor events, clients must provide a safe and suitable setup area.

We reserve the right to refuse setup in unsafe conditions, including:

  • Heavy rain

  • Strong winds

  • Extreme temperatures

  • Muddy or unstable surfaces

A backup indoor or covered location is required for outdoor bookings.

If no safe setup option is available:

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Rescheduling may be offered based on availability

Liability

409 Posh Parties is not responsible for:

  • Injuries caused by misuse of rental items

  • Damage resulting from improper handling by guests or third parties

  • Delays or issues caused by venues, weather, or circumstances outside our control

By booking, the client assumes full responsibility for the safe use of all rental items during the event.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, branding, and copy, is the property of 409 Posh Parties and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the site, collect data improperly, or engage in any unlawful activity.

Changes to Terms

409 Posh Parties reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
